The Art Institute of Colorado in Denver offers culinary programs ranging from a BA in Culinary Management to an AAS degree in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Opeerations. The Culinary Arts program of The Art Institute of Colorado operates on a quarterly calendar and is accredited by ACICS, ACFAC and CRA. Total enrollment is about 355 students. The facilities include 5 teaching kitchens as well as labs, classrooms and a working restaurant. Besides degree courses in Culinary Arts, the school offers a 12 month diploma in The Art of Cooking. Admission requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and an essay. Both scholarships and student loans are availabe to qualified individuals.
