Founded in 1997, the school offers a diploma in The Art of Cooking, an AS degree in Culinary Arts which can be completed in 2 years, as well as a 3 year BS degree in Culinary Management. Located in Santa Monica, California, the school is in the midst of the Los Angeles culinary scene. Entrance requirements are a high school diploma or GED. There are four entrance dates or class "starts" each year. Three faculty members have achieved the status of Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Educator bestowed by the American Culinary Federation. Facilities include 4 instructional kitchens. Both scholarships and student loans are available to qualified applicants. |
