Baltimore International College is an independent school offering both degree and certificate programs. Bachelor of Science degrees include Culinary Management, Culinary Management/Food Management, Hospitality Management, Hospitality Management/Marketing. Core curriculum is culinary, with instruction building from a basic foundation to advanced theories and techniques. Core courses include math, science, English, nutrition, history and psychology. Admission requirements include a HS diploma or GED, and satisfactory SAT, ACT, or college admissions test scores. From 100 to approximately 275 students are admitted each January, May, or September. The school is on a semester schedule. Both scholarships and student loans may be available to qualified applicants. |
