Located in Fresno, California, the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, the school has access to the largest source of agricultural products in the nation. Students benefit from using the freshest produce possible in a location with a low cost of living. Fresno is a departure point for Yosemite National Park, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and the scenic Sierra Nevada mountains. The school is currently located in 2 buildings with 7000 square feet of kitchen labs and 4000 square feet of classrooms, administrative offices, job placement and financial aid. ACF accredited and fully accredited by the ACCSCT. Federal Student Aid is available for those who qualify. In addition to a 60 week AOS degree program in either Professional Cooking & Culinary Arts, or Professional Baking & Pastry Chef, a shorter, 30 week Culinary Chef program is offered at $15,262 for tuition and fees. A 2 year Food & Beverage program is also available with tuition and fees totalling $20,268.
